March 1 FREE walk in good company around Lo Romero Golf, Pilar de la Horadada

The 5.85km circular route around Lo Romero is easy, free and a great way to start the day

If you're looking for something active to do this Sunday March 1, the town of Pilar de la Horadada is offering a free guided walk around the Lo Romero Golf course that's open to everyone.

The event is part of the "Walk With Us" programme and is a great way to get some fresh air, stretch your legs and enjoy the surroundings without it costing a thing.

The group sets off from the Club House car park at the golf course at 9am, following a circular route of 5.85km that brings you back to where you started. It's rated as easy and should take around an hour and 20 minutes to complete, so you'll still have plenty of Sunday left afterwards.

Just wear comfortable clothing, bring a decent pair of sports shoes and don't forget your water.
