ARCHIVED - IBI Invoices now available for properties in Mazarrón municipality including Camposol

Property Tax Invoices can now be viewed or downloaded on Regional Government website

The annual property tax in Spain known as Impuesto de Bienes Inmuebles (IBI) is now payable in the municipality of Mazarrón, including Camposol, with invoices viewable and downloadable on the Regional Government (CARM) website on this link agencia tributaria.

Once on the page, leave the “Tributo” box as IBI URBANO, also leave the “Año” box as 2022 although invoices for 2019/2020/2021 can be retrieved using the dropdown box, in the “Población” box use the dropdown and select MAZARRON and leave the ANUAL as is, enter the owners NIE/DNI in the “NIF” box and enter Nº Fijo del recibo in the last box (this can be taken from previous invoices). Click on “ENVIAR” and your IBI invoice for 2022 will appear, this can be downloaded and printed if required.

There may be a slight reduction from 2021 in the amount payable.

Payment for 2022 is due on or before November 7 and can be paid at any of the banks listed on the invoice or by credit/debit card using the online payment system on this link “Pasarela de pagos”. The N28 number will be required which can be found on the invoice in the “NÚMERO DE SERIE (N28)” box near the top right side under the name and address of the property, when entering the number there is an auto space facility so do not add spaces.

When entering the amount payable use a comma not a decimal point.

Payment can also be made at applicable ATM machines.

Mazarrón is also one of the municipalities where payment can be arranged in 12 monthly instalments by visiting the Tax Office (Oficina de Agencia Tributaria) at Calle Del Pino, 5 in the town of Mazarrón, or following the instructions on this link Agencia Tributaria de la Región de Murcia
