Ryanair flight makes emergency landing in Dublin airport

The plane, which was bound for Spain, was forced to make an emergency landing beacuse of a technical issue

A Ryanair flight from Dublin bound for Spain was forced to make an emergency landing back to Dublin Airport due to a “pressurisation issue”.

Dublin’s Airport Authority, said the Ryanair flight FR10, which was bound for Madrid, returned to Dublin Airport this Thursday morning, October 31, due to a “technical issue”.

Ryanair confirmed that the flight from Dublin to Madrid returned to the capital shortly after take-off, due to a “pressurisation system issue”.

“In line with standard procedure, the crew deployed oxygen masks, carried out a controlled descent and landed safely in Dublin where passengers disembarked normally,” said a spokesperson for Ryanair.

“To minimise disruption to passengers, a replacement aircraft was arranged to operate this flight from Dublin to Madrid, which departed at 11.53am local time.

“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused,” a spokesperson for the airline said.
