Click HereAs the Sacred Flame of the Carthagineses y Romanos fiestas in Cartagena (“Iter Ignis”) makes its way to the port city from the ruins of the ancient city of Cástulo, near Linares in the province of Jaén, it makes its last nightly stop on Wednesday September 18 in the evening before reaching its destination on Friday September 20.
The flame is scheduled to arrive in Águilas at 19.00, carried by local runner Ángel Lencina, as it is relayed from its previous stopover in the city of Lorca, and will remain in Águilas until Friday, when it makes its way by boat to the port of Santa Lucía in Cartagena.
