Rain and cooler nights forecast: Murcia weekly weather September 2-8

Murcia weather forecast, Tuesday September 3

The start of September brings cooler temperatures and persistent rains to the Region of Murcia, according to the weather forecast from the Spanish State Meteorological Agency (Aemet).

We can expect rain coming and going across the whole week, especially in the central, eastern and northeastern areas of the Region, while the west and northwest will be somewhat drier.

These rains will not be accompanied by particularly strong winds, say Aemet, but on Tuesday September 3 there will be stormy intervals, mainly around Murcia city and areas closer to the border with Alicante.

The drizzle continues all day on Wednesday and Thursday, with morning fog and temperatures – both during the day and at night – slowly on a downward slope.

Things may brighten up a bit by Friday 6 and the weekend, and the humidity levels will also decrease, but it seems like the really high summer temperatures are done for the year now.
