October 20 Spanish Sesame street characters return to live theatre at the Aguilas auditorium!

Bert and Ernie are accompanied by unique Spanish characters like Espinete and Don Pimpón

No new episodes of Barrio Sésamo, the Spanish version of Sesame Street, have been made since the year 2000, but the series could be due an upturn in popularity as a theatre tour featuring many of the main characters is now under way.

Most of the characters are not international, but Bert and Ernie remain (Epi and Blas), while others appearing in this show include Don Pimpón, a full-body muppet-like man, and ESpinete, a pink hedgehog-like creature.

As for the show, it is the same as one would expect from Sesame Street, full of music and games and plenty of interaction with the audience!

The show at the Auditorio Infanta Doña Elena begins on 20^th October at 12.30with tickets priced at 12 euros and available online here (click on the photo of the theatre at the bottom of the page).
