Mazarron Black Friday bonanza with more than 2,500 euros in prizes up for grabs
The Black Friday Mazarrón bumper giveaway will run between November 20 and 26
Originally an American tradition celebrated the day after Thanksgiving, Black Friday has taken root in Spain as the time of year when the very best bargains are to be had. This year, Mazarrón Town Council is running a shopping bonanza between November 20 and 26, when customers will have a chance to win 2,250 euros in prizes.All business in both Mazarrón and Puerto de Mazarrón have been invited to take part in the event which has been launched to “invigorate commercial life and sales in the participating local businesses, through digital participation through a platform specially designed for that purpose,” according to councillor Silvia García.
A full list of participating stores can be found on the blackfridaymazarron.com website.Customers who spend a minimum of 10 euros in any of the shops will be eligible to win a variety of draws and prizes. To enter, shoppers must log on to the official website, scan their receipt and fill out a short form. They’ll then get to try their luck with a digital scratch card.
But that’s not all. Ticket boxes will also be installed in the participating stores and customers can drop in their receipts for a chance to win the Grand Final Draw, a jackpot that will give away five vouchers worth 50 euros.
