In an extension of their pre-summer success, Murcia Golf Properties – the real estate agency dedicated to selling homes to expats on the Region’s golf resorts – has stated that they still have a backlog of buyers waiting to purchase on the Mar Menor Golf Resort and not enough properties available to sell.

The back 9 holes of the golf course on the Mar Menor Golf Resort are slated to open this November, and other developments that show the resort is on the up-and-up include the opening of a new Rock & Roll bar and restaurant on El Boulevard.
