Iberia Group offers unbeatable Easter flights from Spain
The Spanish airline is scheduling an additional 1 million seats to meet the huge demand this April

As Easter approaches, the Iberia Group is gearing up to help you escape to your dream destination with a bigger than ever flight sale. From April 11 to 21, Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum will operate an impressive 6,672 flights, offering more than 1 million seats to travellers.
This massive capacity increase is a response to the soaring demand for travel during the Easter period, with 1,087,599 seats available on domestic and international flights.
According to Víctor Moneo, Iberia's Global Sales Director, "Easter is one of the busiest travel periods, with a huge demand for flights concentrated in a short time. To meet this demand, we've increased seat availability to the most popular destinations, ensuring our passengers can enjoy their trips with greater flexibility and comfort."
To cater to the influx of jet setters, the Iberia Group has boosted several routes to high-demand European destinations, including:
- Athens, with 5 additional flights
- Venice and Budapest, each with 3 extra frequencies
- Rome, with 2 more flights
- Milan, Prague and Vienna, each with an extra frequency
These extra routes are in addition to regular connections to popular capitals like Paris and London, as well as long-haul flights to New York, Boston, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo.
If you're looking for a domestic getaway, the Canary Islands are the top destination for Easter, offering a perfect blend of sun, sea and relaxation.
As the summer season kicks off, Iberia has expanded its capacity across almost all markets, with:
- 3.2 million seats available between Europe and Latin America, a 4% increase from last year
- 16 million seats available on short and medium-haul flights, matching 2024 capacity
And with the Iberia group, you can be sure of getting to your holiday destination right on time as last year, Iberia and Iberia Express were officially recognised as the most punctual carriers in Europe, taking first and second place respectively.
