Camposol notifications – absent owners can have document collected by proxy

After talks between the Camposol Business Association and Mazarrón Council it has been arranged that absent or holiday homeowners can nominate a proxy to collect the document

During meetings between Mazarrón Council and the Camposol Business Association regarding the notifications informing homeowners of the approval of Mazarrón Council taking over responsibility to complete the public elements of the Camposol Urbanisation, the question of absent or holiday home owners, or owners unable to be available in line with the published schedule has been discussed at length.

The notification procedure is a legal requirement for the takeover process and is a legal process similar to a recorded delivery letter in which homeowners sign for a copy of the section of the minutes of the Mazarrón Council’s governing board meeting where the approval of the change of management system for the Camposol urbanisation was approved. Signing for the document does not infer that homeowner either accepts or rejects the content, it is part of the legal process of informing owners of the decision approved by the Council.

With the notification procedure moving on to Sector B of the Camposol urbanisation, Mazarrón Council, after consultation with advisors have agreed that homeowners who are unable to collect or be in residence at their properties on the scheduled day their road is listed can have their document collected by a proxy (neighbour, friend etc). The nominated proxy (person) must attend the Camposol Social Centre on the day scheduled for the road in question, between July 17 and 26 and identify the address of the document to be collected and also provide their own (not the owners) DNI/NIE number. Alternatively, after July 29 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays a proxy can collect documents from the Camposol Social Centre for any address on Sector B.

The notification schedule for July 17 to 26 is:

Wednesday July 17: Calles; Cueva del Peliciego – Abrucena - Ermita de la Hornea - Alcolea and Avenida de los Covachos

Friday July 19: Calles; - Sierra de la Torrecilla – Fiñana – Arboleas – Helecho – Lavanda - Ciclamen

Monday July 22: Calles; - Cantoria – Alhabia - Ermita Peñicas – Adra – Albizia – Punica

Wednesday July 24: Calles; - Tamariz – Albox – Albanchez - Virgen de la Cabeza – Antas

Friday July 26: Calles; Alicun – Alcontar – Berja – Conicera – Bedar - Cuevas Almanzora – Jara
