11 open-air concerts are being held this summer in the parks and rural districts of Alhama

<span style='color:#780948'>ARCHIVED</span> - August 3 Free open-air concert in the Plaza Vieja in Alhama de Murcia The latest in the summer 2022 open-air concerts which constitute the Música en los Jardines season is being held on July 27 in the Plaza Vieja, with music provided by Los Alacranes.

All concerts in the season begin at 22.00 and attendance is free of charge.

The 2022 Música en los Jardines season in Alhama de Murcia

The Town Council of Alhama de Murcia has launched the latest edition of its music festival “Música en los Jardines y Pedanías de Alhama” (Music in the Parks, Gardens and Outlying Districts of Alhama), which will take place during the summer of 2022.

The festival consists of concerts for music fans of all ages in the municipality’s public gardens, parks and green spaces.

The first concert was held on Wednesday June 22 in La Costera and the season ends on Friday August 26 in the small village of El Berro, in the foothills of Sierra Espuña.

The full program is as follows

Music in the parks and gardens of Alhama

Wednesday June 29 at 10pm: Concerts by Cantores de Alhama and Aires de Espuña. Venue: Jardín del Palmeral.

Wednesday July 6 at 10pm: Concerts by the Sonata Musicians and the Cuadrilla de la Costera and the Golden Age. Venue: Jardín de San Cristóbal.

Wednesday July 13 at 10pm: Concerts by the Rondalla Escuela de Música ‘Trasteo’ and La Colla del Ramblar. Venue: Jardín de Paco Rabal.

Wednesday July 20 at 10pm: Concerts by the ‘Villa de Alhama’ folk group and Cuadrilla de El Berro. Venue: Jardín de los Patos.

Wednesday July 27 at 10pm: Concerts by Los Zalameros and the Virgen del Rosario Choir and Dance Group: Venue: Jardín de las Américas.

Wednesday August 3 at 10pm: Concert by Los Alacranes. Venue: Plaza Vieja.

Wednesday June 22 at 10pm: Concert by the duo Costa Azul. Venue: La Costera.

Saturday August 6 at 10pm: Concert by the duo Jema. Venue: Las Cañadas de Alhama.

Saturday August 13 at 10pm: Concert by the duo Reyes del Sol. Venue: Gebas.

Friday August 26 at 10pm: Concert by the duo Géminis. Venue: El Berro.
